Beef Topside Whole (1kg) is sourced from HmperCo-vetted South African suppliers and dispatched under a strict cold-chain. Storage instructions
Refrigerate at 0–4 °C on arrival. Freeze within 24 hours if not used. Once thawed do not refreeze. Use within the printed shelf-life window on the label.
