Oxe Heart 500g is sourced from HmperCo-vetted South African suppliers and dispatched under a strict cold-chain. Each unit is graded, portioned and vacuum-sealed at the packhouse before it leaves the hub, so what arrives at your door is what was inspected on the line — no re-handling, no substitutions.
Storage instructions
Refrigerate at 0–4 °C on arrival. Freeze within 24 hours if not used. Once thawed do not refreeze. Use within the printed shelf-life window on the label.
Usage notes
Rinse briefly under cold water before preparation. Cook to the recommended core temperature for the cut. Suitable for braai, slow-cook, oven or pan; portion sizes stated per unit.
