Storage instructions
Refrigerate at 0–4 °C on arrival. Freeze within 24 hours if not used. Once thawed do not refreeze. Use within the printed shelf-life window on the label.
Usage notes
Rinse briefly under cold water before preparation. Cook to the recommended core temperature for the cut. Suitable for braai, slow-cook, oven or pan; portion sizes stated per unit.
